Nice to meet you!
I've been a life-long learner, yet my life didn't change until I was forced to change. Perhaps I am no different than you.
A few years ago, at a really low point in my life (one that felt all too familiar), I realized that nothing would change for the positive for me until I chose to change. You see, it doesn't matter how much you or I know intellectually, it matters what we do with our knowledge. Our subconscious programming or our belief system controls our habitual thoughts and actions, and our habits create our experiences. String those experiences together and you're creating your life.
My question to you: Are you living the life intentionally that you want? Are you living the abundant life, however you define that for yourself?

In my work, I place emphasis on self-reliance and self-discovery. In other words, I prefer the role of a mentor or a coach/facilitator rather than being the one with the answers. I empower and guide you to make different choices to get better results, using scientific methodology and proven systems.
